Henry is 2 months!
My sweet Henry is officially 2 months old! I can’t believe how fast that went! But I absolutely love watching him grow and change every day! He is still such a happy baby, smiling all the time. He’s attempted giggling, too, which may just be the cutest thing in the world. He really gets smiling and laughing when he sees our ceiling fan—it beats out any face or song we can do.
He is still very strong, and has rolled himself from his stomach to his back quite a few times! I was in total shock with that one! He’s been with baby-sitters a couple times (just grandmas), and is getting a lot better at handling it. He definitely knows that his momma isn’t with him and usually needs a little extra cuddling when I get back (okay, maybe that’s for me, too).
We made the transition to cloth diapers… best choice I’ve made so far! They were so easy to switch to and the laundry is so not a big deal! His bassinet also made its way to his room. I heard maybe it’ll help space out the night time feedings, but I haven’t found this to be true. But it’s good nonetheless, and if the kid needs to eat, we’ll let him! He is so good about going right back to sleep, I really can’t complain.
He also had his first road trip up to Mackinac Island and did such an amazing job! I think we’ll be going again this month, and I’m sure it’ll go well. I try and make sure I’m getting him out and used to being places other than home.
Well, today marks the first day back with the kiddos! I’m sure Henry will love having some entertainment, and I just am so excited to see them again! I know I’ll be busy, but I wouldn’t have it any other way!
Oh, and here are some 2 month photos of Henry (and a couple with Patrick and me).

Oh, and Horace was there, too.

I love this… I caught a sneeze.
