Aww yeah. Christmas Jams.
I. Love. Christmas.
Seriously.
It’s my favorite time of year and I soak it up starting on November 1st all the way until December 25th. But no longer. It’s like on the 26th I wake up and it all drives me absolutely crazy. I can’t explain it, but it’s just the way it is. So, I take advantage for those two glorious months while I have them. And one of the best ways (mostly because it takes very little effort on my part, like say, Christmas lights which are a total pain to deal with), is Christmas music! Oh, let the bells ring!
So I thought I’d share a little of what will be tickling my fancy this holiday season.
1. Classic. Chuck and friends is a favorite of mine. I missed The Great Pumpkin this year, but I will be sure to tune in for the other holiday specials that our dear old Charles puts on.
Charlie Brown Christmas by Vince Guaraldi Trio.
2. Sufjan rocks. I love him, but most of all, I love his Christmas albums. There’s like a bazillion of them and they’re all my favorites. You should check it out if you’ve never heard.
Songs for Christmas by Sufjan Stevens.
3. A new one to my household, but fully embraced already. Zoe is fantastic. If you liked her in Elf, then this is your jam this season.
A Very She & Him Christmas by She & Him.
4. And when in doubt. I Pandora anything and all things Christmas.
